Sweet Talkin Gal

Why we love this gelding

A winner in New Zealand with experience at Group level, Sweet Talkin Gal offers the opportunity to join a lightly raced horse with a racing foundation already behind her.

Aaron Bain and Ned Taylor sourced her through bloodstock agent Dave Mee, and we were quick to secure 50% to race under the Imagine Racing colours. Her athleticism, experience and lovely nature made her an appealing addition to our stable.

By Anders, out of the Shamardal mare Flattery, she combines a speed influence on her sire’s side with a racing record that includes competing in the Group 1 New Zealand Oaks. That experience adds another dimension to her appeal as she begins her Australian chapter.

What we love just as much is the mare herself. Athletic and full of character, she has settled beautifully into her new surroundings. Her kind, straightforward temperament has made her a delight for the team to work with.

Currently in work towards her first Australian racing preparation, Sweet Talkin Gal offers owners the chance to move beyond the early education stages and look ahead to race days in South Australia. We’re excited to share this next chapter with her owners.
